What’s In My Emergency Kit?
Wedding days can go from calm to chaotic in no time. Someone forgets something, a button pops off a suit, a bridesmaid gets a stain on her dress — it happens! No matter how much you plan, little surprises are part of the day.
That’s exactly why having a wedding coordinator with an emergency kit is such a lifesaver. From safety pins and stain remover to Advil and extra phone chargers, that kit is full of all the “just in case” items you didn’t even realize you’d need.
It’s our secret weapon for keeping things running smoothly and making sure small hiccups don’t turn into big stress moments. Because when those little emergencies pop up — and they always do — your coordinator has already got it handled.

What should I keep in my emergency kit?
Here’s a peek inside my trusty wedding day emergency kit — the one that never leaves my side:
Safety pins & sewing kit – for quick dress or suit fixes.
Stain remover & chalk – because spills always happen. If they happen on your white dress, chalk covers it right up!
Scissors, zip ties & tape – from cutting tags to fixing décor last minute.
Pain relievers, band-aids & blister patches – long days + new shoes = must-haves.
Mints, gum & deodorant – for those fresh “just married” moments.
Hairspray, bobby pins & mini comb – flyaways don’t stand a chance.
Nail glue & eyelash glue – as a girl, we get it.
Phone charger – for the photographer, DJ, or anyone who forgot.
Tissues – for happy tears (and sometimes stressful ones).
Snacks & water – keeping everyone fueled and hydrated is key!
Straws – We don’t want you to ruin your make-up while you hydrate.
Crochet Hook – to help with those endless buttons on the back of the wedding dress.
I keep it all organized in this rolling craft bag that has so many pockets and compartments.

No matter what happens — from a torn hem to a wardrobe malfunction — my goal is to keep the day stress-free and picture-perfect. You focus on enjoying every moment, and I’ll handle the rest.
